A certified ISO Lead Auditor across multiple standards, he specializes in sustainability governance, oversight, stakeholder analysis, materiality reviews and integrating sustainability into the strategy of the company. He is the founder of Speeki and has been a regular contributor of articles, op-ed's and has written hundreds of articles and papers on ESG and Sustainability topics.

Andrew Henderson is a highly experienced ESG and sustainability expert with a strong background in sustainability reporting technology, risk management, carbon management and ESG auditing. As a Lead Auditor for multiple ISO standards, he has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, building systems and advising on human rights, social elements, governance, anti-bribery, data privacy, and supply chain due diligence. He has led whistleblowing and compliance reporting initiatives, served as Data Privacy Officer for multiple firms, and played a key role in developing ESG training. His expertise spans the breath and depth of all the reporting standards and has deep knowledge on reporting expectations.

Jenna Kim is a sustainability and compliance expert with deep expertise in ESG reporting, risk management, and corporate governance. She holds an FSA Credential in Sustainability Accounting (IFRS), GRI Professioinal Certificate, ESRS Professional Certificate and has built an automated ESG reporting platform covering 20+ sustainability topics. As a Lead Auditor in multiple ISO standards, Jenna specialises in climate change, product lifecycle management, and information security, with certifications in ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 50001 (Energy), and ISO 27001 (Data Privacy & Security). She has 20+ years of leadership experience in diversity, inclusion, and human capital management, conducting global compliance training, third-party audits, and whistleblowing programme development.

Pauline Bailly leads certification and assurance activities at Speeki, specialising in anti-bribery, governance, and compliance ISO management systems. She oversees global audit projects, ensuring compliance with Speeki Europe’s accreditation requirements while managing audit teams and certification processes. As a Lead Auditor and Trainer, Pauline delivers ISO 37001, ISO 37301, ISO 37000, and ISO 37002 training.. She has also served as a speaker at international compliance forums, including Transparency International Sweden and CEEEC Conference, Croatia. She has extensive experience in water management, energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, and engineering industries, and is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
