Smart training for your employees on key topics
E-learning needs to be focused, short and highly relevant to the audience to be effective
At Speeki, we are big supporters of learning and believe it is essential. However, training needs to be smart. It should never be ‘training for training’s sake’ and should have a clear purpose and be measured as to whether it is effective.

Speeki delivered e-learning courseware to a major French fashion house, customised even to the level of the clothing worn by the actors. This customised courseware plays a significant role in their overall communications and training programme.
People learn more when the content is relevant to them. They need to be able to relate to the learning and see themselves in the training, becoming part of the dialogue. Individuals learn best when they can directly connect the training to their everyday work and identify the aspects they need to avoid or focus on in their specific roles.

Situation or challenge
Our client faced challenges with old-style PowerPoint training on various topics such as ethics, compliance, money laundering, and corruption. The goal was to transition to an e-learning system while ensuring a high level of customisation. They aimed to dramatically improve the perception of compliance and integrity throughout the organisation.
Solution
Our solution was to build customised eLearning courses. These courses were designed with a client focus, incorporating elements such as branded stores, branded clothing worn by the animated actors, and a training style tailored to their needs. The aim was to convey the importance of ethics, compliance, and governance, making it relevant to everyone, including the salespeople working in their global stores.
Results
The result was a highly tailored course that was completely aligned with the company’s values and style. The learning objectives were met, and the course was perceived as engaging, relevant, and professional. Feedback was positive and led to an improved perception of the ethics and compliance department across the business.
