Retrieve my case
How do I view my Case once I submit my report?
- Under 'What can we do for you?', click 'MAKE A REPORT ABOUT MISCONDUCT'.
- Click SEE MY CASES.
- If you have any unread messages, you will see a green circle on the envelope icon. This is for Registered users only.
- For Guest users, enter your report ID and PIN to check report details.
- Click on the Report ID number (for Registered users). You can View Report or select View Messages to begin an anonymous chat with case managers.
