Personal Data - confidentiality and anonymity

Data privacy

Speeki Ptd Ltd ("Speeki") is incorporated in Singapore and ISO 27001 ISMS certified. Speeki handles your data professionally and in a confidential manner. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Anonymity

The following section is in regards to anonymity and how data is shared with your Company or Employer in both the Mobile App and the Web Portal.

A first time user provides the following information during registration:

  • Your Email Address - Email Address is not shared with your Company or Employer.  It will only be used by the system to notify you of a password reset, report updates, or to send private chat messages from your Company or Employer.
  • Your Reporting Country - Reporting Country is shared with your Company or Employer.
  • Your Relationship with the Company - Relationship with the Company is shared with your Company or Employer.

At the end of the reporting process you will be asked the following:

  • "I would like to leave my name and contact information." If you provide this personal information it will be shared with your Company or Employer.
  • You may also choose "I prefer to remain completely anonymous." If you do not provide this personal information it will not be shared with your Company or Employer.

As a guest user you will be asked the following:

  • Create a CASE PIN -  Before the end of the reporting process you will be asked to create a six-digit PIN.  The PIN is necessary to retrieve the same report in the future.  This PIN is not shared with your Company or Employer.
  • Your Email Address - Email Address is not shared with your Company or Employer.  It will only be used by the system to notify you of a password reset, report updates, or to send private chat messages from your Company or Employer.  It will also be used to send you a copy of the submitted report.
  • The same message from above applies to the end of the reporting process as a guest user.  See above for details.
