Incident Report Trend

This report allows you to view the high-level status of incidents you have received about ESG or traditional whistleblowing programmes. It offers various types of visual analysis, such as trends of reports received by channel, closed reports over a period of time, reports by country, reports by incident category, and trends of reports that have opened and closed.

View incidents by reporting period

To view incidents for a particular reporting period, select the period from the drop-down menu in the top left-hand corner. You can also choose to manually set a date range.

Select the period of incidents you would like to see in your report

Plot reported incidents on a map to view by country and incident type

Incidents will be plotted on a map based on incidents reported by country on a map. You can also filter this report by incident type and by days to close incident using the filters in the top-right corner.

Export reports

Reports can now be exported to PDF so they can be easily shared with management and stakeholders. To export your report, click Download Report in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
