I am not sure about the entity name

I am at https://portal.speeki.com, or the first screen of the app, but I'm unsure about which entity name to enter. What should I do?

To submit a misconduct report, respond to a survey or disclose or declare something to the organisation, the Speeki App needs to know the name of the entity (i.e. the company name).

The first step for learning the entity name is to go back to how you found out about the Speeki App. In most cases, your company would have included the entity name here.
