How to delete incident data automatically
This article is for Speeki Platform administrators whorequire automatic deletion of incidents that have been closed for a certainnumber of days.
1. Log in to your Speeki Platform and navigate to Incidents ->Configuration -> Other incident options
2. Click the toggle button next to "Delete Incident Data". Thedefault value and the maximum value for the number of days is 1825; you canadjust this according to your preference. Toggle on the data you wish to beautomatically deleted and toggle off the data you want to retain. Don't forgetto click "SAVE" to apply your changes.
3. A log will be recorded in the History tab when an incident's data isautomatically deleted, and the incident status will be updated to “Inactive”.
