Speeki's Sub-processors

Speeki engages sub-processors to provide services within the Platform.

Currently, these include:

  1. Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is used for hosting and as infrastructure services for on-demand cloud computing and data hosting, is hosted in Germany and the US (depending on the client's choice)
  2. IBM Cloud (Watson), which is used for providing question-answering chatbot services, is hosted in Germany.
  3. Google Cloud, which is used for providing machine translation (Google Translate), in-app chat &push notification services (Firebase), is hosted in the EU Region.
  4. Twilio Cloud, which is used for providing Speeki eLine to accept incoming calls and process Speech-to-Text data, Amazon AWS Polly Text-to-Speech integration, is hosted in the US.
  5. Redis service, which is used for processing translation data and speeding up translation performance, is hosted in the US and EU region (in the same location as your database).
  6. MongoDB service, which is used for processing analytic data, is hosted in the US and EU region (in the same location as your database).
  7. Sentry services, hosted Speeki's Google Cloud account in the EU region, for monitoring performance and tracking application error.
  8. Tricycle Europe for social listening services for Speeki Social clients, with data processing in the EU Region.
  9. AI21 Studio, AI services, hosted in US, which is used on 'Nicole Insight', to help users generate text when they need assistance with answering ESG profiling questions and answers.
